The food was quite good. Our waitress was excellent, so friendly and kind. She checked on us regularly to make sure we were ok.

There is no way to take your survey, I’ve been online for the past 10 minutes. Used the information on my restaurant receipt and never was a survey offered for me to put in the ID#.
Last night was the worst encounter I have ever had at Longhorns. Every time we ordered something the waiter returned saying “We are out of that.” The food orders were mixed up. We were told by the waiter that someone in the kitchen told her that they put someone’s mashed potatoes on another person at the tables plate. That individual had already started eating off that plate, and they wanted him to get the potatoes from that person’s plate. I told her to go tell whoever in the kitchen that it’s considered cross contamination, and had they not gotten the order wrong we would not have this problem. The waiter also brought me what was supposed to be a lobster tail and the inside was completely empty. No lobster meat whatsoever.

Jeff did a great job. Steak came out well past medium… like Bob Segar sang, like a rock, but meat, and crispy. Jeff fixed it with perfection. Color me happy.
